Fruit Crisps & Cobblers
A fruit crisp is made from frest fruit mixed with just the right amount of sugar and spices to enhance the fruit flavor, with an oat crumb topping mixed with butter and brown sugar baked until it has a brown crunchy top and molten fruit goodness underneath.
Our fruit cobblers start with farm fresh fruit a touch of sugar and spices, baked to a gooey goodness with a topping of our vanilla scone dotting the top.
The difference between crisp and cobbler? The top! Crisps have oatmeal topping and cobblers have scone topping… crisp is crispy texture, cobbler is crisp and cakey texture.
All crisps and cobblers are available in 7″ (serves 4-6), 9″ (serves 8-12) and individual servings during each fruit season.

Fresh Baked Goods with the Best Fruit!
The Farm Kitchen bakers receive our farm fresh fruit from the fields to make our bakery goodies! From processing the fruit into slices or puree, all our farm fruit are transformed into our baked goods, slushies and ice cream sundae toppings.
Not Your Typical
Because bread pudding CAN get better, we created the new farm favorite, Apple Cider Donut Bread Pudding! Rich, perfect texture, melt in your mouth goodness and available on our Farm Store bakery table in 8″ square that feeds 4-12 people.
