We are proud to utilize Integrated Pest Management (IPM) on the farm.

We are very conscientious of our PYO guests' health and well being. Also, three generations of the Tougas Family live and work on the property, so it's very important to us that we use safe farming practices. We choose IPM to achieve these goals.

Thank you all who came out to visit the Farm this past week - especially those that ventured out in the beautiful weather ☔️🥴 Sunday! The Entire Farm is Closed Monday, we will reopen Tuesday 9 AM for peak apple and pumpkin season! The next month we will be open 7 days a week because Mondays always have the best weather 🙄Let me introduce you all to my beautiful wife of 18 years, Melissa! We met Freshmen move in day at Cornell in 1999, and have been together ever since. This year she has joined me in the ownership and management of Tougas Family Farm, continuing the Family run farm business that my parents, Phyllis and Maurice, started 45 years ago in 1981. As she settles into the new role she will bring her expertise, experience, and talents as a teacher (and planner!) to the Farm and make additions - like Story Time - to the Farm offerings.
