And strawberry picking will be in full swing!\nHere’s the line up!\nSATURDAY & SUNDAY : We plan** to have U-Pick fields open for picking 8AM til 4PM\, or until picked out\, which ever comes first.\nThe Farm Store and Kitchen will be open 8AM to 6PM\, Friday and Saturday til 8:30PM\, for farm-picked strawberries and ice cream\, strawberry shortcake\, strawberry rhubarb crisp\, strawberry slush\, strawberry smoothies\, and more!\nFarm Grill and Brews: 11AM-4PM.We’ll be firing up the grill and pouring beers & hard cider! Join us for burgers\, dogs\, mac and cheese\, and beer from our friends at Stone Cow Brewery.\nOur Farm Courtyard will be playing tunes all day long!\nVisit the Goats and Barnyard Animals!\nPlay on the Playground!\n Ice Cream! First\, we start with a staff favorite ice cream\, Graham Central Station – a graham flavored base with a graham cracker swirl and milk chocolate covered honeycomb crunch. (the honeycomb crunch is outrageous!) Next comes the drizzle of hot fudge and warm marshmallow cream.. and we top it off with whipped cream\, cherry and a chocolate covered graham cracker. Sorry\, not sorry for introducing this to you! \nApple Cider Float – So much better than we thought possible! We take our large cup and drizzle the sides with thick\, warm caramel\, drop down two large scoops of vanilla ice cream\, pour over ice-cold apple cider slush and top with whipped cream and some more caramel drizzle. We were skeptical about ice cream and cider but oh boy\, it’s scrumptious!\nStrawberry Shortcake – our own fresh fruit and farm-made shortcake! You can even get it a la mode!\nPie a la mode – Warm Strawberry Rhubarb\, Blueberry or Apple Pie with Ice Cream!\nCrisp a la mode – Warm Fruit Crisp with Ice Cream!\nCider Donut Bread Pudding – Soooo delicious! – Our farm-made cider donut bread pudding is made from our famous apple cider donuts mixed with cinnamon chips and apple bits\, topped with a caramel drizzle. Buy a tray in the store or order warm with whipped cream or get it a la mode!
