Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, with $5 minimum for charging, as well as cash and EBT cards. Currently we cannot accept Apple Pay or Google Pay until further notice

Q: What is the cost for fruit picking?

A: Please see the bottom of the website under “TODAY’S ADMISSION AND PRICING”, or visit the “TODAY’S PICKING CONDITIONS & PRICING” page of our website.

Q: Do you have a list of apple varieties you grow and when they ripen?

Yes, please see the apple variety ripening schedule.

Q: Does Tougas Family Farm have restrooms?

A: Yes, we have a large indoor restroom facility which is handicap accessible and equipped with baby changing stations.

Q: Can I bring my dog/pet to the farm?

A: Sorry no, in maintaining good agricultural practices, we do not allow dogs/pets anywhere on the farm (Service Dogs are not pets and therefore, not included in this policy. The work or task a service dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA). Please leave your dogs/pets at home. Q: How do I book a school field trip or company outing?

A: Please visit our school tour page info page or company outing info page and book your trip through our online calendar.

Q: What are the ingredients of the cider donuts?

Q: Can I have a picnic on the farm?

A: The picnic area is reserved for customers purchasing items from the Farm Store, Farm Kitchen, Grill Shack and Donut Hut. Please refrain from bringing in outside food.

Q: Do you offer birthday party packages?

A: Sorry, we do not offer birthday packages

Q: Is Tougas Family Farm handicap accessible?

A: We do the best we can to make sure the farm is accessible to everyone. There are designated handicap parking spaces, the Farm Store is accessible, and the indoor bathrooms are accessible. We do have portable ramps to access the Wagon Ride wagons. However, most of the farm including the parking area is gravel or grass so the terrain in some areas can be challenging.

Q: Does Tougas Family Farm make donations?

A: Due to the high volume of requests we will contact you only if your request is accepted. We wish we could fulfill all donations; however we do our best to accommodate as many as possible. All donation requests must adhere to the following guidelines:

Requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks before date of donation
Requests must be submitted by email through the Website- Contact Us
Provide the Name of the Organization, Tax ID number, and what you are requesting
