Tougas Family Farm is looking for team members to work in a fun, fast paced, family oriented atmosphere, both inside our Farm Store and Kitchen, and out in the fields for Pick-Your-Own. We have openings in all aspects of our farm operation: Cashiers, Harvest Guides, Bakers, Donut Makers, Food Service, Wagon Drivers, and Maintenance.
We are looking for friendly, motivated, hard working individuals with a positive attitude to work during our seasons. Weekends are our busiest time. Availability on Saturdays and Sundays is a priority, and required during peak weekends. Shift times vary depending on the job and department, but generally we schedule shifts between the hours of 7am and 6pm. Jobs may include physical activity/heavy lifting. Employees must be at least 16 years of age and able to work as a team in an active, fun, fast paced environment for at least 6 hours or more. Parents: please do not inquire about jobs for your teen. They need to show us the interest and initiative to inquire for themselves. Please allow them to undertake this process on their own.
As an employee you interact directly with people who are looking for fresh air, fresh fruit, and family fun! Our guests have planned their visit, driven to get here, and are planning to spend the day with us. It’s our job to make sure they find the services they need throughout the day, and have fun throughout their visit. It is our job to make people happy. At Tougas Family Farm we aim to excel in customer service, smile no matter what, and help facilitate an experience that will leave our guests coming back again and again, year after year.
How Do I Apply?
- Fill out the application (along with a resume if you have one) and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Be sure to fill out which job you are applying for, along with the availability section. Also, include any planned vacations or days you know you will not be available
- If we wish to schedule an interview, one of our managers will be in contact with you within the week to set up a time
- If hired, training dates begin mid May. We typically open during the first week of June, and conclude our season by the end of November.
***Remember this is a seasonal job. You must be committed, and available to work during peak times, with limited time off during the season.
There are many different jobs at the farm. Although you may be hired primarily for one position, it is important for us to cross train for a variety of duties. This enables us to have a cohesive team that works together and makes the day run smoothly.
Thank you for showing interest in employment at Tougas Family Farm! We hope to hear from you soon!
